Description
The DeWitt RS3M was a rebuild program performed in the early 1970s by the Penn Central's DeWitt shops in Syracuse, NY. These were dubbed with the nickname "DeWitt Geeps," as they were converted from standard ALCo RS3s to be equipped with the EMD 567B prime movers and components recycled from surplus EMD E-units. This DCC with sound version features LokSound V5 decoder.
