What is your Privacy Policy? Do you share my information?
We do not share your information with any third parties, outside of submitting your email to the shipping company to update you on your delivery, if you select that option. We also pass along your financial information to the merchant provider for processing any charges to your credit card & only to the extent that it is the information they need.  For more information on our privacy policy, please see the whole policy at

How do you ship my order to me?
When you check out, you are given the choice of shipping method. Prices are live prices provided by our shipper, FedEx, based on package weight & your zip code. Our standard shipping is FedEx ground & you have the option to change that in the checkout process for more expedited shipping. Orders are generally processed & shipped the same or next business day they are received provided they are received by 1:00 pm Eastern Time. IT IS OUR POLICY THAT ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO BILLING ADDRESSES ONLY AND WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR THE CREDIT CARD USED.

What if my item is broken/wrong/damaged?
We want our customers to be happy. Our Returns & Exchange Policy can be found here ( along with instructions on what to do & how to get the item(s) to us.

Can I purchase something online & pick it up at your store?
Yes, you can. When you place your order, select Pickup In-Store as your shipping method & there will be no additional shipping costs added to your order.  If you choose to pay online by credit card, you won’t need to bring in your confirmation receipt, but it will save us from looking it up on the computer.
